Sophisticated caviar thanks to Capricho Gourmet

Sturios Caviar took part in the Capricho Gourmet gastronomy congress, held in the majestic halls of the Miguel Angel Hotel in Madrid on 27th of January 2020. The event brought together some of the sector’s leading brands in Spain, which exhibited their products to a wide range of entrepreneurs from the hospitality and catering industry.

Around 30 stands with different craft products highlighted the importance of raw materials and the care of processes as the key to achieving gourmet excellence. The sampling and the exchange of experiences amongst participants were the highlight of the event.
