We travel around the world looking for and selecting the finest caviar in order to offer the highest-quality product, coming from sturgeons raised in semi-natural conditions in the cold waters of the Caspian Sea, the Amur River or the Black Sea.

We work with more than 25 producers from different countries that guarantee us the most select caviar of each season. We carefully choose the most exquisite roe, preserving the intensity of its flavour, its texture and its optimum degree of ripeness.
