Iranian Style
Faithful to the traditional Persian standards of canned caviar, with 4 % salt, intense flavour and brought directly from Iran.
Russian Style
It is distinguished by low salt content, less than 3%, and by its maturation in the original tins during 4 months before canning. It comes from the Volga, Danube and Amur rivers and Black Sea.
Organic Selection
The softest and purest caviar that exists. No preservatives have been added, so it is a totally fresh product. Originally from a fish farm in Moldova established by the Tsars themselves.
