Huso huso. It has a caviar roe size of 3.5 to 4 mm in diameter, and a very smooth and buttery texture. Its colour varies from light grey to dark grey. The taste is intense and lingering. The fact that it comes from a production without any kind of preservatives or additives makes its nuances the closest thing to eating freshly extracted caviar.
